Return Policy

Return and refund policy:
After transaction is made, we do not offer customer for any refund, cancellation or exchange. However, you can return or request for a refund through our online customer service if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria. Sales/Promotion items once sold/purchased can’t be exchanged or returned.

退换程序:
当交易作出后,我们将不接受任何退款,取消或货物交换。但如果您订购的商品符合本公司退换标准,您可以咨询客户服务团队进行退换。促销货品卖出后不接受任何换货或取消。

Gentle remind to clarify those which are not included in the list of defect/damage as below:
Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)
Defects caused by vandalism
Slightly off-line or crochet
Button hole or pocket hole did not open
Stain below 2cm

损坏/退换须知:
温馨提醒那些不包括 在损坏/缺陷的列表如下:
冲洗 (染色,褪色,缩水等问题)
人为的破损
轻微脱线或钩边
扣子洞或口袋洞没开
沾污在2厘米以下

Any claims of defects within the first 3 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. We are not responsible for any problems that may occur when shipments are directed to a third party. Customers are liable to check upon receipt that all products delivered match its order.

任何索赔必须在购买商品的3天之内完成,并附上商品缺损的清晰图片以示证明与验证。根据票根日期超过7天的购买时间,我们将无法为您提供退换服务。一旦我们收到了退还的商品,我们会进行验证,并在合理的时间内通过电子邮件通知您退换答复。如货物被定向第三方,我们将不负责所有可能发生的任何问题。 此外, 客户必须在进行其退换手续之前检查其收据是否与购卖商品符合。

Kindly follow the steps below:
1. Photo of damaged or ruined clothes must be taken.
2. Contact our customer service in order to send the above said photo for verification.
3. Validity of refund will be given within 24 hours.
4. Customers must deliver the damaged or ruined clothes to our company’s address which will later be examined by appointed staff. Any products that have been resized, altered or otherwise damaged caused by buyers will not be accepted for return. Company will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of company’s error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

请根据以下步骤:
1. 拍下商品破损的部分即可 。
2.请联系客服处理,并将图片传送以进行验证;
3.本公司将在24小时内给予退换答复;
4. 客户必须将损坏或毁坏衣物寄回本公司地址以进行核实。如果发现包裹中的商品已被破损,修改或调整,其退换将不被受理。由本公司原因造成的商品退货,本公司将承担所有的递送费用。非本公司原因造成的商品退货,已支付的配送费用将不做退款处理。
